Bacon hock


Cured and smoked bacon hocks are perfect for soup bases.

Bacon hocks are perfect for making soup, just simmer for an hour or so, remove from the pot, add all your other veges and dried ingredients and let them cook while you cut/shred the yummy bacon off the hock.  Check the saltiness of the water before adding the other ingredients as you may need to dilute the water if it’s too strong.
