Chorizo Salmantino


Spanish style ingredient sausage, use to flavour many dishes. About 350g per 4 sausages.

These are a very tasty, partially fermented spanish style sausage.  We call these an ingredient sausage as they are not designed to be eaten alone, more cut up and used in dishes. Our favourite way is to simply dice and fry with onions until caramelised.
