Moist, succulent alternative to a ham steak, Gammon is basically pickled pork, in this case cured loin sliced into steak. These are a staple on Irish pub menus with mash and cabbage or egg and chips but they are also great with apple or mustard sauce or grilled pineapple. May be supplied frozen.
